MACHINE DESCRIPTION
Stacker Columns : The machine has six columns for stacking labels, electronic devices check the loading level of the columns.
When the last label in the stack is loaded on the rotating turn table, the stacked columns revolve automatically continuing production.
The system automatically stops when all the columns are empty.
Labels: minimum 25 x 40 mm, maximum 95 x 105 mm.
Eliminating Machine Stoppages : Label size changes are possible in a short time, and the loading of label stacks can take place when the machine is in motion, eliminating costly machine stoppages.
Automatic Label Unloading : After processing on the rotating turntable a pneumatic arm unloads the label from the rotating turntable into a container.

  • The stacking columns are housed in a structure with multiple safety sensors, which are always active and can be managed individually to load the labels in safety avoiding costly downtime.
